Leonie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in International Management & Entrepreneurship. With over a decade of hands-on operational experience, she brings financial discipline and a builder's mindset to the GIMIC Ventures team.

For more than ten years, Leonie has supported her family business, taking on responsibilities across finance and controlling. This long-running involvement gave her a practical, ground-level understanding of what it takes to manage a company's financial backbone, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategic decisions.

At GIMIC Ventures, Leonie leads the Finance and Controlling team and oversees Fund Operations, covering valuations and cap tables, deal structuring, portfolio reporting, and fund administration. She is also actively involved in due diligence, bringing financial rigor and a sharp eye for detail to every transaction.
